Our Emerging Leaders Programme has been designed to develop the next generation of operational leaders within adult social care.
What Makes This Programme Different?
This is far more than a classroom-based management programme.
You will:
- Enrol onto the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management
- Gain hands-on experience across a variety of services
- Work alongside services at different stages of development and performance
- Learn directly from experienced Registered Managers and Operational Leaders
- Develop an understanding of how leadership, quality, staffing, compliance, and commercial performance all connect
You’ll gain practical experience in:

This programme is designed to give you the skills, confidence, and practical exposure needed to progress into future operational management roles.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for Team Leaders or senior care professionals who:
- Have at least 12 months’ experience at Team Leader level
- Hold a completed Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care
- Have experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or mental health needs
- Are ready to progress into leadership and management roles
- Can demonstrate strong performance within their current role
- Are motivated, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality support
