The impact you will make
As the first face our guests see, you’ll be the heartbeat of our hotel. Your warm welcome, attentive service, and problem-solving skills will set the tone for their entire stay.
Hours of work
Five days over seven the early shift 7am to 3pm and the late shift 3pm to 11pm and you will be required to do a sleepover in the hotel when on a late shift which also saves you traveling home between shifts.
What You'll Do
- Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring every arrival feels special.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Handle guest enquiries in person, over the phone, and via email—providing accurate information about hotel services, local attractions, and transport.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready and issues are resolved quickly.
- Process payments, issue invoices, and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with reservations, cancellations, and special requests.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints with empathy, finding solutions that leave guests feeling valued.
- In the absence of management to act as duty manager.
What You'll Bring
Previous experience in a customer facing role in hospitality is essential.
