Multi-Skilled Labourer (Groundworks) Required – Immediate Start
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Multi-Skilled Labourer to join our groundworks team for an immediate start.
This is a hands-on role supporting all aspects of groundworks and external construction projects.
Duties Include:
- Assisting with foundations, footings, and concrete slabs
- Installing drainage systems
- General groundwork and site preparation
- Landscaping and finishing works
- Assisting with the construction of retaining walls
- Loading, unloading, and moving materials
- Keeping the site clean, safe, and organised
- Supporting skilled trades as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in groundworks or construction
- Ability to use a range of hand and power tools
- Good work ethic and willingness to learn
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- CSCS card preferred
- Full UK driving licence is an advantage
