We are looking for a Senior Assistant Engineer who will:
-
Be responsible for the overall maintenance of the building
-
Carry out routine spot checks of equipment
-
Promote a helpful and professional image to guests and other team members by responding with full and positive cooperation to requests received
-
Complete PPM rooms thoroughly, including decoration, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, silicone replacement, bathroom repairs, lighting, ventilation, furniture repairs and final quality inspections.

Supervise contractors and maintain accurate maintenance records

Manage requests promptly, helpfully, politely and with a caring attitude

Has previous experience as a Shift Engineer or Assistant Engineer in a hotel or similar setting

PPM Knowledge
