It is an exciting time to join us at Redmayne Bentley. After recently celebrating our 150th year in business, we are embarking on the next stage of our firm-wide strategy to build, improve and develop upon our strong, historic foundations.
Redmayne Bentley is a firm that is committed to training and developing its colleagues, and we are looking for a new colleague to help support our Training & Competence (T&C) team with this goal.
Working in partnership with the T&C Supervision Manager, you would be the primary lead for developing existing and new online and face to face training resources for our Investment Managers, Stockbrokers and Financial Planners.
Your key responsibilities would be:

Updating and maintaining all e-learning and online training content and supporting documentation.

Collaborating with colleagues within Training & Competence and Professional Standards & Development to develop new training materials.

Supporting the development and build of relevant mandatory training modules to ensure they meet departmental needs & regulatory requirements.

Analysing MI and training feedback data to identify trends, risks, and training needs, escalating as appropriate.

Contributing to the design and delivery of group learning sessions, bespoke coaching interventions, and standardised modules.

Working closely with the T&C Supervision Manager to ensure consistent application of standards and contribute to the evolution of the firm’s T&C policies and documentation.
We are looking for someone who has previous L&D experience, ideally in a regulated industry, who can hit the ground running to support a critical business team.

What We Are Looking For
Essential
-
Previous experience in a HR or L&D role, with responsibility for creating e-learning and/or digital training content.
-
Experience developing training content within a regulated environment.

Proven experience in using systems and tools for creating e-learning & digital content (such as Synthesia, Articulate, Storyline or Rise 360).
Desirable

Awareness of the FCA T&C framework and its requirements.

Prior L&D/Training experience within investment management, financial planning, or wealth management.

Adaptable and resourceful – can apply sound judgement and be proactive to solve problems and react to changing circumstances.
