We’re currently looking to recruit two Full-Time Removals Drivers to join our growing team.
The Role
As a Full-Time Removals Driver, you’ll play a key role in making sure every move runs smoothly from start to finish. You’ll often be one of the main points of contact for our customers on moving day, so we’re looking for someone who uses initiative, takes ownership and communicates confidently in all circumstances.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving safely and responsibly to and from jobs
- Coordinating with the team to ensure everyone arrives on time
- Loading and unloading vans efficiently and safely
- Keeping your van clean, organised and properly equipped
- Providing customers with a friendly, professional 5-star service
- Disassembly and reassembly of furniture
- Communicating clearly and positively with customers throughout the move
- Identifying potential issues and proactively escalating them to management
- Representing Peachy Removals professionally at all times
About You
You don’t need previous removals experience to join Peachy Removals. What matters most to us is your attitude, reliability and willingness to get stuck in. We’ll provide the training you need to learn the role.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Holds a full UK driving licence — experience driving vans is helpful but not essential
- Is comfortable covering significant mileage each week, including occasional long-haul drives across the UK
- Is active and comfortable with the physical demands of the role
- Is a team player with a resilient, positive attitude and a willingness to work hard alongside colleagues
- Is a confident communicator — previous customer-facing experience is helpful
- Is reliable, punctual and polite, and takes pride in representing Peachy Removals
- Is confident using basic hand tools
- Uses initiative and is willing to learn
