School Improvement Lead - Maths (Primary School)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 32.5 hours all year round
Salary: MPS - UPS plus TLR
Start: 01 September 2026 or 01 January 2027
The White Horse Federation is seeking for an exceptional and passionate School Improvement Lead for Primary Maths to continue to drive excellence in mathematics across our primary schools.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced leader to join a high-performing team, leading the continued refinement of the ENRich curriculum, strengthening staff expertise, and improving pupil outcomes.
About the role:
As School Improvement Lead, you will:

Provide strategic leadership for primary maths across the Trust

Support and challenge school leaders to secure strong pupil outcomes

Deliver high-quality coaching, training and professional development for teachers

Lead curriculum development in line with national expectations and best practice

Use data intelligently to identify priorities and evaluate impact

Contribute to school reviews and improvement planning

Work collaboratively with senior leaders to drive sustained improvement
About you
You will:

Be an experienced and highly effective primary practitioner with strong subject knowledge in mathematics

Have a proven track record of improving outcomes in schools
-
Demonstrate experience of coaching, mentoring, and developing staff
-
Be confident working across multiple schools and contexts
-
Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
