Job Title: Commercial Grounds Maintenance Estimator
Location: Head Office and visiting clients’ sites (Bristol & surrounding areas)
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Grounds Maintenance Estimator to join our team in Bristol. This is a varied and commercially focused role, responsible for managing the full estimating process through to job completion for all one-off project works such as tree surgery, fencing work etc.
You will play a key role in ensuring accurate pricing, efficient delivery, and strong coordination between internal teams and external subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Estimating works
- Carrying out site audits
- Liaising and coordinating effectively with external subcontractors as well as internal operational teams to ensure smooth delivery of works
- Managing orders from initial quotation and client approval through to successful completion
- Creating of risk assessments for relevant works
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience within grounds maintenance, landscaping, or a similar commercial environment
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Confident managing relationships with subcontractors and internal teams
- Ability to oversee work from initial quotation through to job completion
- Strong organisational and communication skills
