- Building strong relationships with service users, families, local authorities, and healthcare professionals
We're keen to speak with candidates who have:
- Previous Registered Manager experience within Health & Social Care
- Strong knowledge of CIW/CQC regulations and compliance
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Experience managing service performance and quality standards
- A passion for delivering exceptional care
