Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and reliable HGV Class 2 night time Tipper Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a tipper lorry equipped with a tipper mechanism, delivering asphalt efficiently and safely across various locations. This role offers an excellent opportunity for experienced drivers with a strong focus on safety, punctuality, and customer service. The position involves driving within the UK, adhering to all relevant road safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence with relevant driving experience.
- Experience in commercial driving, particularly with flatbed or tipper vehicles.
- Delivery driver experience is highly desirable, demonstrating familiarity with route planning and time management.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to commercial vehicle operation.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage schedules efficiently.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanour when dealing with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and responsibly on a daily basis.
