The role of Client Support Administrator:
- Client service and returns processes
- Processing orders
- Booking and distributing goods
- Answering phone calls
- Resolving client queries
- Using courier portals to raise labels
The ideal Client Support Administrator:
- Experience working within a customer service or client service position
- Ideally worked within a distribution setting
- Strong ability to multi-task
- Hard working attitude
- Able to speak with clients via email and phone in a fast-paced environment
