Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Culture team. Reporting to the head of Talent, you will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and engaging talent to meet organisational staffing needs. This role requires excellent communication skills, relationship management abilities, and familiarity with various applicant tracking systems (ATS). The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a role in enhancing the employer brand and delivering an outstanding candidate experience. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective strategies to attract high-quality candidates across multiple channels and locations.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle using Success Factors ensuring accurate candidate tracking and data management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates through excellent communication skills and relationship management techniques.
- Utilise social media platforms to promote job openings, enhance employer branding, and engage with potential candidates.
- Screen applications, support assessment and selection interviews, and drive metrics on cost and time.
- Collaborate with HR teams to ensure compliance with employment laws and organisational policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends in talent acquisition technology to optimise recruitment strategies.
- Manage the Offer process and lead the Onboarding journey from Offer to Start date.
Requirements
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and onboarding.
- Proficiency in ATS platforms administration (Success Factors).
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and strategies for employer branding purposes.
- Strong relationship management skills to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and external partners.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A recognised qualification in human resources or related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: £35,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
