Premier Nights Hotel is an independently run 36‑bedroom hotel with a fresh, guest‑focused approach. We’re a growing brand with big plans — and we’re looking for reliable, detail‑driven people to join our housekeeping team.
About the Role
As a Housekeeping Team Member, you’ll help ensure our bedrooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and welcoming for every guest. You’ll work to high standards, support your team, and take pride in creating a great stay for everyone who walks through our doors.
This role requires regular weekend working as part of the rota.
Key Responsibilities
- Bedroom Cleaning — Clean and service guest rooms and bathrooms to a high standard
- Public Areas — Keep corridors, stairways, and shared spaces spotless
- Replenishment — Restock towels, linen, toiletries, and amenities
- Maintenance Reporting — Report damages or faults promptly
- Health & Safety — Follow COSHH, manual handling, and all safety procedures
- Teamwork — Communicate well and support colleagues when needed
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years’ housekeeping experience (hotel or hospitality preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in high standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays (pro‑rata)
- Positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction
