The Clinic Oakleigh Road Health Centre is looking for a receptionist to join their friendly reception team. You will be the first point of contact in ensuring that our patients get the best care that they can. The successful person must be able to communicate well, not just in person but on the phone. Be pleasant, patient and courteous, but above all be empathetic to the needs of our patients.
The role involves, answering and dealing with patient enquiries, booking appointments via the online system and liaising with the team. You must be comfortable with the use of IT though training will be given.

Experience:
- Medical Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
