Overview i am seeking a lad who is willing to work hard and learn the trade as you go. The successful candidate will be responsible for laying paving blocks, screeding sand and just general labouring . This role requires physical stamina, .The position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within the construction industry and once you know how to pave you can go on to get your own van and kit and earn better money
Responsibilities
- Preparing surfaces by screeding sand levelling it out, and setting out paving layouts according to specifications
- Operating hand tools, power tools, and masonry equipment to lay blocks accurately and efficiently
- Cutting and shaping paving materials using specialised tools to fit designated areas
- Ensuring proper alignment, levelness, and finish of paved surfaces in accordance with industry standards
- Assisting with site preparation, including excavation and compacting substrates
- Collaborating with team members to meet project deadlines and maintain safety standards on-site
- Maintaining a clean work environment by organising tools and disposing of waste materials appropriately
Experience
- No experience needed just need to get a cscs card sorted and be keen to work, be on time work hard its a physical job.
