What will you be doing?
The client is a luxury automotive manufacturer and a key brand within one of our largest global accounts across Publicis. The brand recently went through a bold relaunch, re-establishing itself as a luxury sports-car brand, with its heritage deeply rooted in Italian automotive history. As part of this relaunch, the brand has seen the release of many new models, all of which featuring electrified versions.
The client's media strategy is digital first, with over 90% of media budget invested digital channels. The UK Senior Account Manager will be the main point of contact for the UK client, managing all media strategy and planning tasks, whilst also working closely with each channel activation specialist ensuring campaigns go live accurately and on time.
The UK Senior Account Manager will also work closely with the Starcom Global and EMEA teams, based in Italy, to ensure local market media directives, process changes, and reporting requests from Global and EMEA are actioned. The role is a great opportunity for an experienced and independent Account Manager to service and drive forward an exciting luxury-automotive account.
- Be the key point of contact for the client
- Lead the development of UK media strategy, planning
- Including adaptation and implementation of any Global/EMEA media directives
- Manage the client briefing process and translate briefing to the activation teams
- Work closely with the activation teams to activate campaigns accurately and on time
- Work closely with the Starcom Europe lead, based in Italy
- Carry out reporting and presentations to both UK and Europe clients

Deliver all regular and ad hoc client (and internal) deliverables; planning, reporting, finance, insights, POVs, innovation etc.
- Ensure luxury account management best practice is followed at all times

What are we looking for?
Strong communications planning expertise, with a firm foundation in digital media planning and a solid understanding of how digital works alongside traditional channels.
Proven agency experience working directly with clients, delivering exceptional service while confidently challenging and pushing back with diplomacy when required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients, internal teams, and external agency partners.
Strategic and creative media thinking, with the ability to develop overarching marketing ideas, clear rationales, and tactical approaches that drive growth and new opportunities.
Strong leadership and people management skills, including managing individuals or small teams and ensuring all outputs meet high-quality standards.
Robust project leadership and time management, driving accuracy, organisation, and prioritisation while remaining calm under pressure.
Ability to work effectively within an integrated agency environment, contributing across media, data, and wider disciplines.
Proactive, collaborative team-player mindset, demonstrating initiative, accountability, and a positive approach to problem-solving.
