We're looking for Support Workers to join our friendly team at our adult’s residential home in Welwyn Garden City. It is a purpose-built bungalow supporting adults with profound and complex learning disabilities.
At Jonquil, we provide 24-hour, person-centred support in a welcoming, fully accessible environment where people are encouraged to live fulfilling lives, make their own choices, and achieve their goals.
As a Support Worker, you'll support people with daily living, personal care, community activities, appointments, and hobbies. Whether it's a trip to the local cafe, a visit to the canal or simply spending time in our sensory room or garden, you'll help create meaningful experiences every day.
