The London Cleaning Company is seeking a live-out Housekeeper, working on a self-employed basis, to join a team working at one large single residence in the Westminster area, Central London.
The role will be for a fixed term, currently expected to be 8-10 weeks commencing in Mid-July 2026 . All shift patterns will be considered as the property will be staffed 7 days a week.
Responsibilities may include;
- General housekeeping: vacuuming, polishing, dusting, deep cleans
- Bedroom turndown service
- Laundry and linen: washing, ironing
- Wardrobe management
- Household stock management and refuse disposal
- Client-specific cleaning requests
- Reporting: spotting and reporting maintenance needs
- Deep clean, windows, external areas, fixtures and fittings etc
- Specialist care: High-end surfaces, antiques, silverware
- Teamwork: work closely with supervisors and other housekeepers to meet the highest standards
Experience
- A minimum of 3 years of housekeeping experience within a large Central London residence
- Working as part of a housekeeping team within a large single residence
- A good level of English
Successful candidates will be required to complete a DBS check, sign a confidentiality agreement & enter into a self-employed employment agreement.
Pay: £18.00-£20.00 per hour
