Overview
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our culinary team and oversee all aspects of food preparation and kitchen operations. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the kitchen team, ensuring efficient workflow and high standards of food preparation and presentation
- Develop innovative menus in collaboration with management, catering to diverse customer preferences
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food production, cooking, and serving processes
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards within the kitchen environment
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control food costs to optimise profitability
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to foster a positive working environment and professional development
- Monitor quality control throughout the cooking process to guarantee consistency and excellence in all dishes
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery
- Implement health and safety procedures across the kitchen area
