We're looking for two Information Coordinator's to join our Thames Water projects team based in Twickenham and covering sites in Surrey also.
Location: Twickenham and Surrey some agile working may be possible - Mogden, Hogsmill, Wisley
Hours: 08:00-17:30 with core hours 09:00-15:00, part time or job share may be possible - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

The Information Coordinator role within our information management team focuses on adopting our information management process across projects, ensuring compliance with industry and Kier standards. You'll be working with ISO 19650 and helping to deliver against Thames Water client requirements. This is an opportunity to highlight quality assurance throughout projects and embed our commitment to the Get It Right Initiative, whilst being part of a supportive team environment.
What will you be responsible for?
As an Information Coordinator, you'll be working within the information management team, supporting them in delivering compliant information management across Thames Water projects. Your day to day will include:
- Managing the CDE for the lifecycle of projects in line with Kier procedures and standards, providing a well-regulated information resource
- Hosting training sessions for new users and acting as the main point of contact for ongoing support and coaching for the team and subcontractors
- Validating, QA checking, and curating all incoming and outgoing project documentation including receipt, verification, registry, distribution, and retrieval
- Configuring and preparing status reports on Workflows, TQs, RFIs, and other reportable data and user activity
- Managing and maintaining document control registers for Drawings, TQs, Waivers and assisting with Quality and Handover processes
What are we looking for?
This role of Information Coordinator is great for you if:
- You have diverse and clear communication skills with experience communicating effectively with multidisciplinary design teams, client teams, and sub-contractors
- You have experience working on projects with large volumes of data and information from various sources, preferably within a tier one environment
- You're fluent with the Microsoft 365 suite of tools, specifically Excel, Teams, and SharePoint, with competent experience of EDMS, Viewpoint and Project Wise preferred
- You're a critical and initiative-taking thinker with diligent, exacting standards and the ability to train others
- You enjoy collaborative working, building effective relationships across teams, clients and stakeholders to reach innovative solutions
