Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Production and Operations Manager to lead our manufacturing processes and streamline operational workflows. Duties
- Manage end-to-end production operations, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products while maintaining safety standards.
- Oversee supply chain activities, including inventory management, procurement coordination, and logistics planning to optimize resource flow.
- Implement and monitor process improvements using methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Utilize ERP systems like SAP to track production schedules, inventory levels, and operational data for informed decision-making.
- Lead cross-functional teams in assembly, quality control, maintenance, and continuous improvement projects to foster a culture of excellence.
- Conduct regular audits of manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on mechanical troubleshooting, equipment upgrades, and process automation initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in manufacturing or production management with a strong understanding of supply chain operations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly SAP or similar platforms, for managing production data and workflows.
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and support assembly processes.
- Demonstrated success in implementing process improvements through continuous improvement methodologies.
