About the Opportunity
We're partnering with an ambitious and fast-growing business that is investing heavily in its people function and looking for a People Coordinator to join the team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their HR career who is looking to broaden their experience across recruitment, employee lifecycle administration, learning and development, and people operations.
You'll play a key role in ensuring people processes run smoothly while gaining exposure to a wide range of projects and initiatives that support business growth.
This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive and eager to develop. You'll be joining a collaborative team where you'll be encouraged to take ownership, build your skills and develop your career within the people profession.
The Role
As People Coordinator, you'll provide day-to-day support across all aspects of the employee journey, helping to deliver an excellent experience for both candidates and employees.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining accurate employee records and people systems
- Preparing contracts, offer paperwork and people-related documentation
- Assisting with learning and development administration, training coordination and record keeping
- Supporting employee lifecycle processes including new starters, changes and leavers
- Producing people reports and supporting data accuracy
- Responding to first-line people queries and escalating where appropriate
- Supporting employee engagement, wellbeing and culture initiatives
- Assisting with HR, recruitment and people improvement projects as the business continues to grow
Development Opportunities

About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in an HR, People, Recruitment, Training or Administration role
- Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Has strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Can manage multiple priorities effectively
- Is confident using HR systems and Microsoft Office
- Takes initiative and enjoys problem-solving
- Has a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
- Is passionate about delivering a great employee and candidate experience
