We are currently hiring for a General Assistant position in our small hotel. This is a varied hospitality role, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a hands-on environment where no two days are the same.

Position Details
This is a full-time, hands-on hospitality role where you will be involved in all aspects of the hotel's daily operations, including:
- Housekeeping and room cleaning
- Food & beverage service
- Breakfast preparation and service
- Reception duties, including guest check-ins and check-outs
- Front of House assistance
- Guest relations and customer service
- General hotel support and day-to-day operations
As part of a small team, flexibility, initiative and a positive attitude are essential.
Requirements
- Good level of spoken English
- Spanish and/or Italian language skills are highly desirable
- Friendly, professional attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential
Pay & Accommodation
- Full-time position
- £14.00 per hour
- Live-in accommodation available
Accommodation is provided as part of the position and is charged in accordance with current UK Government accommodation offset guidelines (£11.10 per day).
