Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and organised Business Support Officer to support our day-to-day business operations. You will work closely with customers, business partners, and our software development team to ensure enquiries are handled efficiently, projects progress on schedule, and technical or operational issues are resolved promptly.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide business and administrative support across company operations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and respond to enquiries professionally.
- Coordinate with software developers to report, monitor, and resolve website and platform issues.
- Support customers throughout their online training and café consultancy journey.
- Schedule meetings and maintain accurate business records.
- Prepare reports, business documents, and presentations.
- Assist with project planning and ensure tasks are completed within agreed timelines.
- Maintain documentation and company databases.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes and customer experience.
- Support management with operational and strategic activities.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Right to work in the UK.
Desirable Skills
- Experience in business support, administration, project coordination, or customer service.
- Experience working with software developers or technology teams.
- Knowledge of the hospitality, café, education, or consultancy sectors.
