Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents such as contracts, transfer deeds, and lease agreements
- Coordinate with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely progression of cases
- Conduct property searches, investigations, and due diligence to verify title and legal status
- Maintain accurate case files and ensure all documentation complies with relevant laws and regulations
- Provide clear communication updates to clients regarding transaction progress and legal requirements
- Organize workload efficiently to meet deadlines while managing multiple cases simultaneously
Requirements
- Proven experience in conveyancing or property law essential
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and professional partners
- Proficiency in IT systems used for case management and document drafting
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding organizational skills for maintaining detailed records and managing multiple transactions
- Knowledge of relevant property laws, regulations, and procedures
- Ability to work independently while collaborating as part of a team

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
