Carouse is a bar and restaurant situated within the village of Rainhill. We serve lunch and evening meals in the form of small plates and also cater for private parties.
In addition we serve an array of cocktails, wines and coffee.
We are a family owned business and are looking to build our existing team due to growth and the opening of a second location. We believe in hard work, loyalty, reward and recognition.
As a Kitchen Manager at Carouse, you will deliver our menu, with our food being the reason guests keep coming through our doors! You will lead and motivate the kitchen team whilst maintaining high food quality and presentation standards.
You will have the freedom to manage the kitchen with the support of a fantastic team and management.
This is a super exciting opportunity for an experienced Chef. Food is our passion and we are looking for someone who has the imagination and skills to make Carouse the reason people want to go out every night!
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
- Manage stock, ordering and food costs
- Be a champion of our standards
- Create and develop menus
- Keep the kitchen clean
- Ensure that everything that is needed before a busy shift is prepared.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety
- Cook to spec and know the menu inside out
