Flexible Working Patterns
Choose a schedule that works for you:
- 4 or 5 days per week
- Working between Monday and Sunday
- Shifts available:
- 07:00 – 14:30
- 16:00 – 22:30
- Additional hours regularly available for those who wish to increase their earnings

Your Role
As a Community Care Worker, you will provide person-centred support tailored to individual needs, including:
- Assisting with personal care, hygiene, and dressing
- Administering medication
- Supporting mobility and independence
- Delivering therapeutic programmes and specialised care tasks
- Helping with household duties, cleaning, shopping, and everyday errands
What We're Looking For
We're seeking people who are:
- Compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering outstanding care
- Excellent communicators, both verbally and in writing
- Flexible and willing to learn new skills
- Passionate about supporting others within their community
Please note: Due to the nature of the role, a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
