OCS Group is seeking professional and experienced Front of House Security to join our team at a flagship, state-of-the-art building. This high-profile role requires perfection, professionalism, and vigilance to ensure the safety, security, and seamless operation of the site.
Days of working:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Key Responsibilities:
Providing a professional front-of-house presence, delivering exceptional customer service to visitors and staff.
Meet, greet and welcome all visitors, staff, and contractors professionally.
Maintain a welcoming and professional front-of-house environment.
Provide information and assistance as needed.
Undertake a seamless visitor sign-in/sign-out process
Ensuring all duties and tasks are carried out with precision and attention to detail.
To be alert in respect of both site and local environment
Managing access control and monitoring visitors, staff, and deliveries in line with company procedures.
Promptly responding to incidents, alarms, and emergencies, escalating as required.
Completing accurate and detailed incident reports, maintaining clear records for security operations.
Requirements:
A valid SIA licence (SG or DS) is essential.
Experience with CCTV systems is preferred.
Proven experience in a front of house security role, ideally within a high-profile or corporate environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain professional at all times.
A proactive and vigilant approach with exceptional attention to detail.
