Cheat Daze is looking for reliable delivery drivers to transport stock from our depot at Longsight Business Park to our franchise branches.
Location: Longsight Business Park, Manchester
Pay: £120 per full day
Hours: 15–40 hours per week
Job type: Full-time or part-time, permanent
Vehicle: Refrigerated company van provided
Full-time drivers will cover multiple delivery routes during the week. Part-time drivers can work agreed regular delivery days.
All shifts start and finish at Longsight Business Park. The company provides the van, fuel and insurance.
Our delivery routes cover:
- Greater Manchester
- Lancashire and Merseyside
- West Yorkshire
- Staffordshire, Derbyshire and the West Midlands
Main responsibilities:
- Carrying out basic vehicle and refrigeration checks
- Loading and checking franchisee orders at the depot
- Delivering chilled, frozen and ambient stock safely
- Unloading orders and completing handovers at each branch
- Recording deliveries accurately using our delivery app
- Reporting delays, discrepancies or vehicle problems promptly
- Returning the van clean, secure and ready for its next journey
What we’re looking for:
- A full UK driving licence
- A driving record acceptable to our motor insurer
- Confidence driving a commercial van over longer distances
- Reliability and good timekeeping
- The ability to work independently
- Confidence using a smartphone-based delivery app
- Good communication with franchise branches and the operations team
- The ability to load and unload boxes safely
Previous van-delivery or multi-drop experience is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.
Pay and working hours:
- £120 for a full day of up to eight hours
- Additional working time paid separately
- Approximately 15–40 hours per week depending on availability
- Paid holiday and workplace pension where eligible
Successful applicants will need to complete right-to-work, driving-licence, reference and motor-insurance checks before driving the company vehicle.
