A total package of £50,000
The on target earning potential of this role is £50,000 made up of a base salary of £39,000, committed minimum tronc of £11,000, and an additional qualified estimate of £1.00 in service charge, per hour worked.

We’re looking for a Head Chef with strong leadership, creativity, and a passion for doing things properly. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL INVOLVE:
- Lead the kitchen team to create a positive, collaborative environment that promotes pride, morale, and commitment.
- Ensure the kitchen operates efficiently each day and consistently delivers high standards of food preparation and service.
- Uphold the company’s menu policy and ensure all dishes meet required standards of quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Develop, cost, and maintain recipes for all dishes, ensuring they meet target margins and reflect seasonal produce.
- Conduct regular stock takes, manage ordering, and monitor food and stock movements to achieve desired GP% and minimise waste.
- Coach, mentor, and support the development of junior chefs, holding regular discussions about goals and progression.
- Lead by example in maintaining exceptional food hygiene and safety standards; ensure all Health & Safety procedures and documentation are followed.
- Communicate effectively across departments, attending meetings and sharing key information with the kitchen team.
- Ensure all kitchen and service areas meet company standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation.
- Foster a positive, collaborative team culture where everyone feels supported and motivated to deliver great service.
