Join the team behind the scenes at the iconic Royal Opera House, preparing fresh, high-quality meals for staff and artists in a fast-paced and supportive kitchen environment.
The Role
Support the kitchen team in preparing and serving delicious food while maintaining excellent hygiene, organisation, and customer service standards. You’ll help deliver a positive dining experience and contribute to smooth day-to-day kitchen operations. Managing the staff and artist kitchen in the absence of the head staff and artist chef, including ordering and stock taking.
You
- Passionate about food and hospitality
- Experience in a similar kitchen or catering role
- A reliable team player with good communication skills
- Knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety standards
- Flexible and happy working in a busy environment
