Your mission is to deliver high quality relevant clinical education and support, to drive clinical confidence within our GP and Orthodontic channels
As an Associate Clinical Liaison, you are responsible for delivering clinical education and support to both external and internal customers. Supporting practicing orthodontists and general dentists.
You will provide unbiased medical information about the company’s products to increase brand awareness and support safe product use among the medical community and customers.
You will provide medical expertise, training and guidance to marketing and commercial teams and ensure they have sufficient clinical knowledge and information regarding the company's products.
You will drive adoption and growth, build clinical confidence of customers through education on Align’s Clinical Protocols, Digital Innovations across the iTero Platform and the ClinCheck® Software Program. You will remain up to date with scientific trends and knowledge. Support University programs and build relationships with target key opinion leaders.
You will be office based in Birmingham, working in your assigned area.

Provide clinical support & education to orthodontists, dentists as well as within DSO organizations and Universities
- Host & execute speaker & clinical-led events
- Build knowledge of business, products/services, the market, clinical based on individual account needs
- Work cross-functionally to execute & coordinate clinical educational programs which supports the achievement of predefined business goals
- Work cross-functionally to execute and coordinate on activation/onboarding of new customers
- Conduct field visits with customers and co-travels with commercial team to achieve business objectives for assigned accounts
- Plan one to one & group sessions independently and timely based on business reviews with general supervision and alignment with the sales team.
- Handle clinical support & education activities with supervision.

Bachelor’s degree in dentistry (DDS, DMD or equivalent), dentist or master’s degree related to Orthodontics (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer relations in medical / dental related areas
- Strong interpersonal, listening and persuasive communication skills
- Strong presentation skills, ability to influence through public speaking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Good knowledge of basic computer operations and Microsoft Office tools
- Skill in establishing priorities and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- The ability to flourish in a young international company experiencing significant growth (i.e., roll up sleeves approach and able to deal with ambiguity)
- Willing to travel up to 40% of the time outside of local geography
