Guidewire QA Lead

About the Role
Our client is looking for an experienced Guidewire QA Lead to lead quality assurance activities across Guidewire transformation programmes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Guidewire ClaimCenter, the Claims process, P&C Insurance, and managing end-to-end testing delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead QA strategy and testing delivery for Guidewire programmes.
- Manage functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing.
- Lead QA teams and coordinate testing across multiple workstreams.
- Develop test plans, test cases, and automation strategies.
- Ensure quality standards, defect management, and release readiness.
- Collaborate with business, development, and project teams.
- Track QA metrics and provide regular status reporting to stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and quality assurance.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter testing.
- In-depth understanding of the Claims lifecycle and P&C Insurance.
- Experience leading QA teams and managing end-to-end testing delivery.
- Knowledge of test management and defect tracking tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Guidewire ClaimCenter testing experience.
- Test automation experience is an advantage.
- ISTQB certification preferred.
