Due to our continued growth, an exceptional opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Care Worker to join our team.
The successful applicant will demonstrate a genuine passion for providing high-quality care and will complete comprehensive initial and ongoing training to ensure compliance with current legislation and best practice within the care sector. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of care for every individual we support.
This role requires excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with clients, their families, colleagues, and healthcare professionals. Flexibility, compassion, and a person-centred approach are essential to delivering outstanding care. Daily duties include, but are not limited to, travelling between clients' homes to provide personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, domestic support, shopping, community engagement, accompanying clients to appointments, transportation, liaising with healthcare professionals, maintaining accurate care records, and communicating effectively with the management team.
The position involves working across a 7-day rota, with days off incorporated into the schedule. Our standard working pattern is 4 days on, 4 days off, with alternate weekends included.
Full-day shifts are between 07:00 and 22:30, with scheduled breaks included.

Full UK driving licence (With reliable access to a car with business insurance) is essential
