As a Customer service specialist, you will be processing inbound sales orders via telephone & email in a fast paced busy sales office.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via the telephone & email
- Track and follow up customer requests.
- Logging customer calls and resolving complaints and escalating to Team Leader
- Gathering project pricing for customers.
- Making sure daily office jobs/admin tasks are complete
- Ordering goods from suppliers and other company branches across the group to complete orders.
- Provide courteous service and expert advice to customers
- Follow GDPR rules and regulations
Requirements:
- Computer/keyboard skills and ability to learn sales and ordering systems operation
- Good verbal communication skills & Ability to build relationships
