DCL Online Ltd is a busy, growing property maintenance company based in Wimbledon, handling reactive and planned maintenance for estate agents, managing agents, landlords and private clients across London. No two days look the same — one morning could be a lock change and a leak, the next a full void turnaround ahead of new tenants moving in.

- Reactive repairs and fault-finding in occupied residential properties
- Void refurbishment and making-good ahead of new tenants
- A mix of carpentry, plumbing, tiling, decorating, lock/door adjustments, mastic work and basic electrical accessory work
- Daily job sheets, photo updates and client-facing work — not just back-of-house
What you'll need:
- 5+ years' experience in property or reactive maintenance
- Full UK driving licence
- Your own reliable van or vehicle
- Your own core tools
- Right to work in the UK
- Comfortable using WhatsApp for job photos and updates
- Able to manage your own day without being chased
Not the right fit for: kitchen-only or bathroom-only fitters, new-build operatives, site managers, or labourers.
