We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Senior Solicitor or Associate to join our long-established and highly respected High Street practice in the heart of Kinross.

We are looking for someone who wants to play a genuine leadership role, influence the strategic direction of the firm and help shape its next chapter.
The Role
You will undertake a varied and interesting caseload typical of a successful High Street practice, including:
· Residential and commercial property transactions
· Wills, Powers of Attorney and estate planning
· Executries and estate administration
· General private client matters
· Supporting and developing longstanding client relationships
· Contributing to the future growth and development of the firm
The work is diverse, rewarding and firmly embedded within the local community, providing an excellent balance of high-quality legal work and client contact.
About You
You will be:
· A qualified Scottish Solicitor with several years’ post-qualification experience
· Comfortable managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
· Experienced in property, private client work, or ideally both
· Commercially aware with excellent client relationship skills
· Interested in business development and helping to grow a successful practice
· Motivated by the opportunity to become part of the long-term leadership of the firm

Pay: £27,995.00-£84,039.89 per year
