Hi we looking for an experience waiter or waitress part time/full time for the busy restaurant in manchester city centre.Experience required minimum 6 months in hospitality in uk with the reference.
pay will be national minimum wage plus sharing tips cash.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Process customer orders and payments accurately
- Ensure the front end area is clean and organized
- Assist with food preparation and packaging as needed
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, promotions, and special offers
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Follow food safety guidelines and maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
