Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong ability to engage with customers. This role is essential in providing exceptional service and support to our sales team, ensuring that all customer needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Duties
- Assist customers in selecting skincare products and provide knowledgeable recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
- Approach customers and invite them to try the products
- Utilise upselling techniques to promote additional products and services, contributing to overall sales growth.
- Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed within set deadlines while maintaining quality service.
- Communicate clearly with team members and management regarding customer feedback and inventory needs.
- Achieving individual and team sales goals.
Experience
- Previous experience in a retail or sales environment is preferred but not essential.
- Proficiency in spoken English; additional language skills, are advantageous.
- A keen interest in sales with the ability to learn quickly about products and services offered.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele, ensuring a positive customer experience.
