About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and reliable Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations across properties in the Bristol and Bath area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working both independently and as part of a team, ensuring high standards are consistently maintained while supporting colleagues on the ground.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out regular quality checks across properties to ensure cleaning standards are consistently met.
- Provide on-the-ground support to cleaning teams where required.
- Coordinate linen management, including collection, delivery, and ensuring adequate supply at each property.
- Deliver linen and restock cleaning materials and consumables across multiple properties.
- Assist with organising schedules and supporting the team to ensure properties are ready on time.
- Report any maintenance issues or supply shortages promptly.
- Maintain clear communication with management and cleaning staff to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or facilities supervision preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
- Good organisation and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and support a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between properties in the Bristol area.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
