This role is ideal for an experienced Kitchen Assistant or Chef who is passionate about developing others and wants to take the next step in their career whilst continuing to work hands-on within the team.
As a Kitchen Trainer,you will lead by example,setting the standard for others to follow and creating a positive,high-performing team culture. You will support the on-boarding and development of new team members,coach and develop your colleagues through regular feedback and guidance,and use your knowledge and experience to build confidence,capability and consistency across the team. Working closely with the management team,you will champion our brand standards,support the smooth running of service and help ensure every shift is delivered to the highest standard.
