The Opportunity
We're seeking a proactive, commercially minded Senior Process Manager who is passionate about continuous improvement and operational excellence. You'll play a key role in identifying opportunities to optimise business processes, improve efficiency, and deliver measurable value across multiple functions.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll lead process transformation projects from concept through to implementation, ensuring improvements are practical, sustainable, and aligned with business objectives.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead end-to-end process improvement and transformation initiatives.
- Analyse existing workflows to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities.
- Design and implement scalable, efficient business processes.
- Develop process documentation, SOPs, governance frameworks, and performance metrics.
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to map current and future-state processes.
- Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies across the organisation.
- Monitor KPIs and use data-driven insights to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with project managers, operational teams, and senior leadership to deliver strategic initiatives.
- Support change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new processes.
- Mentor and develop junior process analysts and improvement specialists where appropriate.
What We're Looking ForEssential
- Proven experience in a Senior Process Manager, Business Process Manager, Operational Excellence Manager, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of business process management (BPM) methodologies.
- Experience delivering Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or continuous improvement programmes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects within fast-paced environments.
- Ability to influence senior leadership and drive organisational change.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience using process mapping tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.
Desirable
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- PRINCE2, Agile, or Project Management qualification.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or workflow automation platforms.
- Knowledge of business intelligence tools such as Power BI.

Pay: £75,000.00-£78,180.32 per year
