Overview
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and hardworking All-Rounder / Barista to join our team at KIN Cafe. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced hospitality environment, ideal for someone who enjoys working across all areas of cafe service - from coffee preparation and customer service to floor support and day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality, coffee, and creating a welcoming guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, drinks, and food to a high standard
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service
- Take orders and handle payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout the café
- Support front-of-house operations and daily service
- Assist with opening and closing duties
Requirements
- Previous café or hospitality experience preferred
- Barista experience is a bonus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-player mentality
- Passion for hospitality, coffee, and guest experience
