Bidvest Noonan is seeking to hire a Cleaning Manager. This is a position that will suit a highly experienced and organised and energetic candidate with exceptional cleaning standards. The purpose of the role for the Cleaning Manager is to ensure that their allocated area and team meets the required specification whilst adhering to defined procedures and health and safety regulations.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Endorse new Company initiatives and ensure they are implemented on site
- Ensure the team is adhering to policies and procedures on site
- Ensure the team is achieving the required cleaning standards
- Monitor cleaning standards on a daily basis using the company auditing tool
- Assess performance of the team and identify training needs
- Ensure that equipment is clean and well maintained
- Respond to client requests as required
- Carry out regular and thorough treatments/inspections.
- If Non-EEA, a Visa enabling you to work in Northern Ireland on a full-time basis is essential.
- Fluent English both written and spoken.
Key Requirements:
- Do you have good interpersonal and communication skills as the provision of customer service is paramount and customer care is a key element of the role?
- Do you have previous Cleaning Management/Supervisor experience?
- Do you have high standards of personal presentation?
- Do you have the ability to Manage a team of 16 people spread across multiple buildings within a Campus?
- Do you have a valid visa enabling the applicant to work in the UK?
- Do you have two working references to demonstrate their management capabilities?
