As a Hub Enablement Worker, you will play a vital role in helping adults live fulfilling and independent lives. Your focus will be on providing person-centred care and support, enabling individuals to develop skills, build confidence, and actively participate in their local communities. This is an exciting opportunity to make every day count for those you support!
The 30 hr vacancy is over 5 days per week - Monday to Friday.
The 24.5 hr vacancy is over 4 days per week - Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
In this role, you will:

Provide personal, physical, and emotional support while respecting individual dignity and needs.

Assist individuals in accessing activities that promote wellbeing and social inclusion.

Maintain accurate records and follow care plans and risk assessments.

Collaborate with colleagues, families, and professionals to ensure high-quality support.

Respond to emergencies and report any concerns promptly.

Support individuals in achieving their personal goals and aspirations.
To succeed as a Hub Enablement Worker, you should have:

A professional care qualification or a willingness to work towards a Level 2 Diploma in Adult Care and the Care Certificate.

Basic ICT skills to maintain records and communicate effectively.

Understanding of person-centred care and community care services.

Knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Care Act 2014.
