Equans is looking for a Shift Engineering Supervisor to join our team in Westminster, London. This is a full-time role. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
What will you deliver?
- Supervise and manage a team of skilled engineers delivering planned preventative maintenance and reactive works
- Ensure tasks are completed on time and within agreed service level agreements
- Maintain high standards of safe working practices and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop effective working relationships and demonstrate strong commercial awareness in line with contract KPIs

Who are you?
- Experienced in building services with strong knowledge across electrical infrastructure, HVAC and general maintenance
- Proven ability to manage and supervise engineering teams effectively
- Practical, flexible and able to manage own workload using initiative
- Full clean driving licence plus current or ability to gain CTC clearance
- Knowledgeable about health and safety regulations and competent in commercial and contract management considerations
Background checks
The successful candidate will be required to have or be able to obtain CTC security clearance.
