Complex Care Assistant
Location: Middlesbrough
Pay Rate: £14.24 - £16.00 per hour (including holiday pay)
Fully funded Enhanced DBS
Shifts: Various 6 to 12-hour shifts available , guaranteed hours available after successful probation
About the Role
Routes Healthcare is looking for experienced Complex Care Assistants to provide specialist one-to-one support to clients with complex healthcare needs in their own homes.
Duties Include:
Personal care and daily living support
Tracheostomy, ventilation and respiratory care
PEG feeding and medication support
Monitoring client well being and reporting concerns
Following care plans and maintaining accurate records
Requirements
Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential
Minimum 6 months' paid UK care experience
Compassionate, reliable and committed to high-quality care
Willingness to complete specialist complex care training
