ROLE: Senior Electrical Team Lead
HOURS: 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday (with on call) - 7:30am - 4pm
LOCATION: Portsmouth (3 sites)

We're looking for an Engineering Lead /Supervisor (Electrical) to oversee planned and reactive maintenance across three client sites, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards. This is a hands-on supervisory role, combining technical expertise with leadership and compliance responsibility.

Role Responsibilities
Supervise and deliver electrical maintenance and repair works across multiple client sites.
Ensure all planned preventative maintenance is completed in line with schedules and contractual requirements.
Lead, manage and support a team of engineers, ensuring compliance with Mitie and site Health & Safety policies.
Supervise subcontractors, ensuring works are carried out in line with RAMS and site rules.
Monitor performance against KPIs and actively participate in training, appraisals, and development activities.
Required Qualifications
Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role:
City & Guilds 2360 Parts 1 & 2 or equivalent electrical qualification
Ability to obtain SC Clearance
What we're looking for
Experience in Team Leading or Supervising in Facilities/Engineering.
Strong experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and repair work
Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and safe systems of work or relevant compliance understanding.
IT literacy, with the ability to accurately record work and documentation.
Willingness to join a call-out rota and hold a full UK driving licence.
18th Edition Wiring Regulations, ECS/ECC and IOSH Managing Safely (desirable)
