Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our premises, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for all guests and staff. Previous experience in hotel or hospitality is preferable. Duties
- Clean and sanitise guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards
- Change bed linen, towels, and organise supplies as needed
- Ensure all surfaces are dust-free and free of dirt or stains
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, and other essentials
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly
- Maintain the organisation of cleaning equipment and supplies
- Assist with laundry duties when required
- Adhere to organisational policies regarding hygiene and cleanliness standards
Skills
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or hospitality preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for cleanliness
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Good organisational skills and time management abilities
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules
- Excellent communication skills
