Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while managing client inquiries and supporting the operational needs of our workshop. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers and team members.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their service needs.
- Manage incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly.
- Perform clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining organised office documentation.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely updates on service progress and communicate these updates to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organised office environment to enhance productivity.
- Assist in administrative tasks as required to support the overall efficiency of the service department.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using computer systems for data entry and administrative functions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating professionalism at all times.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen attention to detail.
- Driving licence is preferable to assist further with aspects of the role.
